Being a small eco friendly producer I was looking for a milking machine that would fit our operation but was unable to find any kind of milking machine that would work for us. I wanted a lightweight and portable unit which just wasn't available. All the single electric units were, in my opinion, monsters in size and just not practical for what I wanted and using a hand squeezed small pump with a quart jar would not be sufficient for our farm.

From this above expectations of a farmer we have made this equipment for satisfying the needs of a farmer. We have manufactured an Easy hand operated milking machine from the food grade and no food grade components where ever it is necessary and which readily available with us at any time. A lightweight, easy to carry, hand operated milking machine is used every day for morning and evening milking on our farm since it was innovated and developed. Patent has been filed for it and now its the time to take off into the market to fulfil the needs of the farmers. For anyone who is milking by hand has to face difficult in milking the animal whether if it is less amount or huge amount of milking, Easy hand Operated milking machine will be benefited to you. And another benefit of the easy hand Operated milking machine can be used on cows, goats, sheep or any other milk producing mammal.


The udder or teats should be washed with the clean water. Take a small amount of milk from the teat as shown in the video. Untie the calf for feeding the milk if it is not alive, then you can start milking by machine, before milking feed the cow with grass or any feed By doing this there are some advantages, time of milking will be shortened, the fat will be increased and also it is good for the cattle’s health. Then create vaccum pressure by using the handle of the pump moving up and down as shown in the video upto -400 or -15 PSI. Then fix the teat cup in the udder as shown in the video but in the video the vacuum guage is not seen as it was the old but now we are using with advanced model where the vacuum guage is fixed permanent on the top of the lid. As soon as you fix all the four teat cup in the udder you can see the milk extracting through visible tube which joins the junction box and which follows to the main tube and connects the lid of the 17 litre milk can. While milking kindly check the vacuum gauge, if the vacuum pressure is letting down during the milking you should create the pressure upto -400 or -15 PSI until the milk stops in the main tube. Most important point that you have to know is, if a cow is extracting 10 litres of milk in morning it may give only 6 litres of milk while first day of milking, the rest 4 litres you have to take manually and on the 2nd day it give 7 litres and the rest 3 litres has to be taken manually and on the 3rd day it will extract 8 litres of milk by machine and the rest 2 litres should be taken manually as like this the process should be done till all the milk is taken out.

Definitely you will be having doubt why this occurs or why we have to follow, because we usually extract milk manually one teat at a time and alternatively the other but not four at once. But the machine will extract the milk from the four teats equally at a time so the cattle will recognise the difference of the milking and also the cattle has to adapt the machine so it will take 8 to 10 days for a cattle to adapt fully to the machine. Suppose if there is any 100ml to 150ml of milk has not been extracted finally, you have to create the vacuum pressure upto the same -400PSI or -15PSI and pull the junction box downwards or keep the hand on the square rubber which is in between the tap and junction box and press downwards so that milk will be extracted fully.


In the same way Electrically Operated Milking Machine is designed where all the process are same but here you are using the power for creating the Vacuum Pressure and also you can use home UPS or a separate battery which the battery power should be minimum of 850 watts. The thing is that we have to stop the machine when ever you the vacuum pressure reaches -400 or -15 PSI. There is a one year replacement warranty for the motor which is used in the machine and the branches of the motor company are suited in all major cities of the country.


Take a vessel full of water, open the white colour taps and dip inside the water. Then create the pressure when it starts you can see the water pumping up and goes into the milk can cleaning the tube and all the parts of the lid set. Then finally clean the milking can and dry it in the sunlight and get ready for the next use with out germs and bacteria. After a month goes you can see the fat deposit inside the tubes where the milk goes and for that the cleaning acid should be used other wise you cannot see the milk going inside the tube and sometimes the milk may get contaminated. We also provide the cleaning acid especially for the plastic tubes.


If the cattle is giving first time birth then the pressure should not be created more than -300 PSI or -12 PSI vacuum pressure because the the teats will be very soft while milking. This vacuum pressure is found while the cow is feeding the calf so that we are maintaining this pressure. For long durability clean the machine every time with a waste cotton or cloth daily and kindly insert the lubricating oil in the pump for 10 drops in the morning and 10 drops in the evening for free and easy operation. so that wear and tear will be reduced.

Hand operated Milking Machine can be taken near to the cattle while milking as it is weight less but in Power or electrically operated Only the can be taken near to the cattle. The machies are user friendly for the milk producers and if any spares has been torn out it can be replaced by the milk producer and no special technician or expert is required.


Both the Machines have Moisture collector and One Way Valve and the functions of the both parts are same in both the Machines. The function of the Moisture collector is to collect the moisture from air collected from the can and stored in the collector so that we can avoid the moisture going directly inside the One Way Valve and pump for the map functioning and also avoid rusting. daily we have to check the moisture collector whether there is water collected in that Moisture Collector if so collected we have remove the water by loosening the green colour knob below the Moisture Collector as the Moisture Collector is transparent for our naked eye. The function of One Way Valve is to take the out the air and created the vacuum inside the Milk Can if the Vacuum pressure is not created you have to check the One Way Valve by taking out by disconnecting both the ends from the Vacuum tube and keep the white colour out into the mouth and suck the air if the air does not comes out then the One Way Valve is in good condition and if there is free flow of air into the mouth it is the time to replace the part. If every thing is under perfect condition and Vacuum Pressure is not maintained then take whole machine inside a closed room where there is pin drop silence create the vacuum pressure as usual, you can hear the noise where the Vacuum Pressure is leaked according to that you change the parts or tighten the part where you find the leakage.
